Return Process

  Carefully pack your COWIN device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
